Dashboard Setup

The Dashboard for HubSpot CRM is the one feature that I'm not 100% thrilled with.  But my primary business (www.yurbi.com) is all about dashboards and reporting so I'm a little biased.  My primary issue is the lack of customization without having to upgrade to their Reports module and that costs $200 per month, which is just too much for a small business in my opinion.

But the Dashboard has benefits too.  You are able to track all the activity from yourself and your sales team,  see your pipeline, your productivity states and more.  So it's a feature I use daily and you should too.  

If used properly,  the combination of Dashboard and Saved Views can streamline your team sales meetings and individual rep meetings.  I tell my reps if they use the CRM properly then I won't have to spend a lot of their time in status briefings with me, and that provides just one more incentive for them to ensure the CRM is up to date.
