For me, the Task area of HubSpot CRM is where I spend most of my time. When you are a small sales team, or even if you are large and just have a lot of accounts per rep, it's critical that follow up tasks don't fall through the cracks. Forgetting to follow up with a lead is a sure way to lose an opportunity.
HubSpot CRM has a great Task feature and they have improved it recently to allow you to create follow-up tasks very easily when you take certain actions on the Contact record.
