Welcome to “How to Setup HubSpot CRM for Your Business (The Tech Smart Boss Way).” What exactly does that mean? The short version, it means that if you have the right people and the right processes in place for your business, adding in the right technology can really accelerate the growth of your business.

We talk a lot about the combination of technology and business process on the Tech Smart Boss podcast (you can subscribe on iTunes,Stitcher, Google Play, SoundCloud or wherever you listen to podcasts).
There are 3 key qualities of a Tech Smart Boss software application.
  • It’s easy enough that an entrepreneur can do it yourself with limited help (like this course)
  • It’s affordable (and free is great)
  • It helps grow your business and your brand
HubSpot CRM meets all those qualifications, and as a daily user of HubSpot CRM since 2013, this course is designed to share the HubSpot CRM setup process that I use in my business as well as the others that I have helped to setup over the years.
I encourage you to go in order of the course modules, but if you have a specific area of interest, feel free to jump right to that course.
And keep in mind that we are here to help and we want your feedback to make this course better.  So at any point, you can contact me at [email protected] or in our member-only support group.
Let’s get started!
